No basting required. For a 10-12 lb bird, mix directed amount of the rub with 1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil or melted butter. Rub on turkey and roast as usual (again, do not baste).
Take your food to the next level! Substitute white wine, apple or orange juice for a portion of the oil. Add some of the dry rub when preparing your stuffing or dressing. When preparing soup, use as substitute for soup bases.
