We hope you always find the gift or item you love! That's why we'll always give you 14 days to get it right!
For the Holiday Season, items that are unopened, in new condition and with original receipt will be eligible for an exchange or store credit until January 10, 2025. After January 10, 2025 all sales become final, no exceptions. All items with a GIFT receipt will be eligible for an exchange/store credit until January 10, 2025.
We do not offer refunds. If no receipt (regular or gift) is presented, we cannot fulfill an exchange or store credit.
All Seasonal items are ALWAYS final sale.
The following items are always final sale: Earrings, Food products, Maison Berger, Body Care Items, Sale Items, Christmas themed items.

Online Orders:
Online exchanges/store credits must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order or by January 2, 2025. All items being sent back to Kala & Lime must be unused, in original packaging and in new condition (as received). To initiate, please email info@kalaandlime.ca with your order number. Once you receive a return email, please ship your items using a trackable shipping label from the shipping carrier of your choice and ensure items are packed carefully so they arrive to us in new condition. Once we've received the item(s) and ensured they can be restocked (new condition and original packaging), we will start the exchange/store credit process. Any sale merchandise, custom orders, seasonal merchandise and all shipping/handling charges are final sale and non-refundable.
