Items that are unopened, in new condition and with original receipt will be eligible for an exchange or store credit for 14 days from purchase. After 14 days all sale become final, no exceptions. All items with a GIFT receipt will be eligible for an exchange/store credit (within 14 days of original purchase).

Online Orders:
Online exchanges/store credits must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order, so you are still within the 14 day window. All returns must be unused, in original packaging and in new condition (as received). To initiate, please email with your order number. Once you receive a return email, please ship your items using a trackable shipping label from the shipping carrier of your choice and ensure items are packed carefully so they arrive to us in new condition. Once we've received the item(s) and ensured they can be restocked (new condition and original packaging), we will start the exchange/store credit process. Any sale merchandise, custom orders, and all shipping/handling charges are final sale and non-refundable.
